Excerpt: Instructor-led sales training

This course, Active Listening, was a request from our sales group. The goal was to help salespeople understand the value of listening in a sales environment and to give them specific actions and behaviors to help them listen and retain information in a sales environment. The trainers for this course preferred facilitator notes in the PowerPoint below the slides rather than in a separate document, so the final deliverable was a deck with notes below each slide as well as a preparation guide, including a course agenda.
